WindsorONE Defective Trim Board Class Action

Douglas, Leonard & Garvey, P.C. is seeking to talk to builders and property owners in New Hampshire who have built or had homes installed with WindsorONE finger jointed exterior trim boards that are rotting, cracking, warping, discoloring, or displaying other premature signs of deterioration. We currently represent property owners in a putative class action lawsuit regarding WindsorONE rot and other premature failures such as deterioration.

Consumers and builders alike have alleged that Windsor One trim boards are defective because they are prone to severe rotting, cracking, warping, and other deterioration after installation. Homeowners have reported that the trim boards prematurely fail and require replacement far sooner than they reasonably expected when they purchased the product. Some homes use WindsorONE for roof eaves.

We would like to talk to builders and homeowners who have experienced similar problems with other manufacturers, including WindsorONE, to determine whether we can help you recover money for defective trim boards.

We are continuing to gather evidence regarding the alleged manufacturing defects. If you have a story to tell about WindsorONE trim board product, please complete the form on this page or contact us toll free at (800) 240-1988. Lawyers experienced in product defects are available to provide free, no obligation consultations regarding WindsorONE trim board or other similar products.
